Product Range
1. Cold Forging
Equipped with Multi-Station Forming Machines for high production at close tolerances. We achieve a better fatigue resistance with fillet radius and roll-formed (Cold process) threads with its smoothly blended reduced root thread runout.

2. Hot Forging
Hot forging further facilitates us to produce even bigger dias (from M27 to M56) or longer lengths (from 200 mm to 500 mm).

3. Rolled Threads
A good start at the scratch is always a good finish at the end. Rolled thread is the ultimate solution of this to give more strength and fatigue by 20% due to uniform grain flow and unbroken fibre lines.

Quality Control
To keep check on quality of products, VPL has a Quality Assurance Cell. This cell keeps a close watch, right from the procurement of raw material till the distribution of the finished product. To further strengthen the control on quality, VPL has a laboratory, well equipped with testing and quality control equipments.

The Process
All our fasteners are checked with Ring & Plug Gauges, Micrometer & Vernier Callipers. These gauges are periodically checked and calibrated & are examined by approved agencies
