Application:
"VPL" conduit pipes can be used all atmospheric conditions and all in all occupancies-for concealed wiring, and exposed wiring, for Theremal & gas plant, for High voltage Inslallations, for burried underground, for wet saline tracks,etc.

Manufacturing Process
"VPL" steel conduit pipes are manufactured by the plant which is equipped with servo control which ensures smooth and uniform welding. Threading and the Painting is done by an Automatic Electric Furnace equipped with Thermostats for temprature control. The Galvanishing is doneby Hot Dip Galvanised Process in an oil fired furnace under Controlled Temprature. "VPL" PVC conduit pipes are made on an Automatic WINDSOR Extrusion Plant which has a stainless steel worm to ensure , a smooth interior making wire pulling effortless.

Threading
Each "VPL" steel conduit ( Black Stove enamelled as well as Hot Dip Galvanised pipe) has threading on both the ends and is supplied with a coupler at one end.
Each "VPL" PVC conduit pipe is supplied with one end shaped into a socket and the other and suitably chamfered.

Size Range
"VPL" steel as well as PVC Conduit pipes are manufactured from 3.0 metres to 5.0 metres length and are supplied in standard packing.
