pyrometer, elcometer & precision gauges and Micron tester etc. The
quality controls are rigidly enforced throughout the production time to
ensure the finished products of the best possible quality.
All our
fittings conform to Indian Standard IS 1879-87 Part I to X Sixth revision.
This standard is based on British & Japanese standard for malleable iron
pipe fittings. Our pipefittings are also available as per BS143 &
1256:2000. Any enquiry for good quantity of fittings as well as of malleable
or galvanised castings according to a special design is attended with
interest. We shall be pleased to quote prices on inspection of a sample or
drawing with specifications of any required special design. Lastly our
quality management system has been certified as per ISO 9002 by ICS
International Certifications Services of Australia and New Zealand.
MaterialVPL Brand Pipe fittings are made of black
heart malleable cast iron as per IS 2108/now IS : 14329-95. VPL Pipe
Fittings are also available in SG Iron (Ductile) as per IS-1865 GR SG
370/17.

tested fully immersed in water at a Pneumatic Pressure of 15 KG / cm2
/ 200 PSI.
Hydrotesting

for a particular batch of fittings.
