VPL Rigid PVC pipes are manufactured in accordance with Bureau of Indian Standards guidelines confirming to IS:4985 under very strict supervision using suspension grade PVC resin and necessary additives to form the exact compound and then extruded on the most modern pipe plants, thus resulting in the best quality Rigid PVC pipes.

VPL has a well equipped testing laboratory and trained personnel to ensure that quality is maintained at the highest level.

VPL PVC-U, ‘CM’ & ‘CS’ CASING PIPES as per IS 4985 -2000 & IS 12818-992

The VPL (Solvent Cement type) pipes have one end self-socketed and the other end plain, which fits snugly without the use of couplers. The strong solvent cement joint is permanent and trouble-free.

Note : In addition to the above range, we also offer 125 CS & 180 CS Plain Casing Pipe along with Screen Pipes.

Note 1 : The table is based on metric series of pipe dimensions given in ISO 161/1 (1978) in respect of pipe diameters.
Note 2 : The wall thickness of pipe is based on a safe working stress of 8.6 MPa at 270 C. The working pressure gets reduced at sustained higher temperatures. Occassional rise in temperature, as in summer with concurrent corresponding reduction in temperature during nights has no deleterious effect on the working pressure of the pipes considering the total life of pipe.

Range
VPL Pipes are manufactured in the range of 63 mm to 315 mm diameters in 2.5,4, 6,8 and 10 kgf/cm2 pressure classes.
